You may have already read this but in case not, I'm keen for my customers to get the absolute best experience so if you decide to make a booking, please download the Turo app to make it, rather than doing via the webpage the links take you to. You can easily find the cars again using the search feature when the app is installed. This is because some customers experienced paying for the hire but the website did not complete the order and the customers had to rebook. When using the app I have had no reports of problems from customers. Although these may be isolated incidents, I want to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.
Also : The most up to date availability and pricing can be found on the Turo app (if you call me for a price it may not be accurate as Turo operate a dynamic pricing model, booking in advance is recommended to get the best price)
When searching your date and time requirements there is a minimum 3 hour window between hires so if a customer returns the car at 10am the car will not show as available until 1pm, so bear this in mind, the car may still be available on the same day, just a later time.
If your hire lasts more than 24 hours an additional day's hire would be charged eg if you book 25 hours you would be charged for 2 days, not 1 day and 1 hour, this is outwith my control.
